Shared Tours
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be contacted at least 24–48 hours before departure.

We will offer:
A free reschedule
An upgrade to a private tour (with supplement)
A full refund

Weather Conditions
Tours run also in case of light rain or cloudy weather.
The boat is equipped with a covered and heated cabin.
In case of severe weather (strong wind, storm, lake conditions), the tour will be cancelled or postponed.
You will receive a full refund or reschedule option.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment can be made in advance via website or OTA.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour.
No-show or late cancellation: no refund.
For private tours: custom cancellation conditions may apply.
