Weather Conditions
Tours operate also in case of light rain or cloudy weather.

In case of severe weather conditions, strong wind, storms, or unsafe lake conditions, the tour may be cancelled, postponed, or modified at the captain’s discretion.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment can be completed securely through the website or selected booking platforms.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure
Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable
Late arrivals may result in reduced tour duration without refund
Alternative cancellation terms may apply for customized experiences agreed in advance.

Departure Point
Standard departure takes place from the Como city center dock.
Guests are kindly requested to arrive 10–15 minutes before departure time.
Detailed meeting point information will be shared after booking confirmation.


Children on Board
Children are welcome on board and must always be supervised by an adult.
Child life jackets are available upon request.

Pets on Board
Small pets are welcome upon prior request.
Owners are responsible for ensuring pets remain calm and supervised during the experience.

Swimming Stops
Swimming stops are available only during selected tours and depending on weather and lake conditions.
Swimming is at guests’ own responsibility.

Safety Policy
The captain reserves the right to modify routes, stops, or duration depending on weather, lake traffic, or safety conditions.
Failure to follow onboard safety instructions may result in interruption of the experience without refund.
